Hello fellow Historic Homes enthusiasts! Let me introduce myself. I am Marian McCoy Boveri with Keller Williams Fox Valley Realty in St. Charles, Illinois. For as long as I can remember--I have loved Historic Homes. It is the history within that attracts me to them as they all have a story to tell of a by-gone day. I can almost hear the house whisper with the tales of the lives it has seen. The way people lived tells us so much about them and in the end about ourselves.

So, with this blog I hope to present some information about Historic Homes and things pertinent to them and to the people who lived in them--then and now. If you have any ideas about topics you would like to see--please don't hesitate to let me know. I would be happy to research it and then present it here for all to see.
